Yes the MUGEN N1 ECU is the one with a higher rev limit, but in order to use this you'll need to upgrade your valve springs to those from Mugen otherwise you'll risk engine damage. Not so with the HOA ECU whose rev limit remains unchanged.
HOA ECU does disable aircon, I dont know about N1 though

ReplyDeletenice run on the track, i got a quick question. I was on your Japan blog and was looking into the Mugen ECU.
i was looking into buying a Used Mugen HOA ECU, but somehow there are 2 kinds.
9200rpm redline and 8600rpm redline. Maybe the 9200rpm one is the N1?
some ppl say it doesn't disable the AC and some say it does... which confused me.
